PerchView is an iOS app published by Beausoft. For privacy questions, contact contact@beausoft.ca.

PerchView does not require an account. Your sessions, participants, payments, and settings stay stored locally on your device using SwiftData.

The app stores information you choose to enter, including participant first names, activity titles and locations, schedules, attendance, amounts, and payment notes.

That information is not sent to a PerchView server for session tracking.

Notifications are used only for local session reminders, if you turn them on.

Calendar access is used only if you choose to export sessions to Apple Calendar.

In-app purchases for Premium are handled by Apple. PerchView never receives your card details.

PerchView does not sell your data or share it with advertisers. The app does not include an advertising network.

PerchView does not receive the activity data you enter in the app. If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple in iOS Settings, Apple processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.

The perchview.ca website does not currently set advertising cookies and does not use behavioural analytics.

As with any website, the hosting provider may temporarily process technical details such as IP address, browser type, time, and the requested resource in order to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure. Beausoft does not use those logs to build advertising profiles.

Tracking data stored in PerchView is not sent to Beausoft and is not sold to third parties.

Apple processes in-app purchases and may process information you provide directly to Apple, including optional diagnostics and calendar events you choose to export, under Apple’s own policies.

Because the data is local, deleting the app or clearing the app’s data in iOS removes PerchView data from that device. Use your usual iCloud or device backup habits if you want a system-level copy.

Any technical website logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the service, according to the host’s settings.

You can deny or withdraw Notification and Calendar permissions at any time in iOS Settings. You can also delete local data in the app, or by deleting the app itself.

PerchView is built for adults who organize activities for participants, often children. It is not meant to be used independently by a young child.
